In contact with the client, we do all the cultural, technical and behavioral mapping of open positions. With this, we prepared the company's exclusive careers page. It presents the purpose of the company, information about the challenge and the technical requirements needed for each vacancy.

Prospection
We use 4 channels to attract and find talents with high potential to fill the opportunity: linkedin hunting, paid media, partnerships and our Tech Hunter base. By finding these profiles, we work on the company's employer branding, presenting the brand and the opportunity and encouraging talent to enroll in the process.

Qualification
We carry out a selection of talents divided into 3 stages: analysis of the opportunity's basic criteria; killing questions, which are specific questions for each vacancy, seeking to validate the vital criteria; and an interview with the Tech Hunter Team, in which we deepened and validated the professional's cultural and behavioral aspects.

Delivery
The talents approved in the process with Tech Hunter are sent directly to the platforms used by the company or to a preferred channel, with a report of their participation in the process. In addition, we scheduled the talent's first interview with the company, optimizing HR time.
